That's weird, I'm sure I get more than £8. The discount normally covers the VAT on my bill which is why I noticed it was missing. I also received it on my bills with Southern. I have no idea where those regions are? I would call my region "Southern" if I was comparing rates in a table.

I can only go by what you've posted recently elsewhere, but that information suggests you are supplied by EDF in the SWEB region.

As JJ says, if you tell the truth, you don't need a good memory ;)

I am with edf yes. My previous supplier was Southern though and I definitely have this credit on my bills from them as well. I live in Southampton but SWEB means nothing to me. Where would that be?

    SWEB is South West.

you are entirely correct that Southampton comes under the Southern region.

    But for the Southern region:

    EDF Blue+ Sept 2013
    Daily standing charge: 18.9p
    Day rate: 13.89p/kWh
    Night rate: 5.25p/kWh

    EDF Blue+ April 2014
    Daily standing charge: 18.9p
    Day rate: 13.72p/kWh
    Night rate: 5.42p/kWh

So how do you reconcile this with your post#4 here:

Suppliers offer it to their old host regions so if you switch away, you lose it.

So, at some point someone may notice it and remove it from your account.
