CARROT CAKE!! NOM! NOM!
225g soft brown sugar
225g unsalted butter
4 medium eggs, seperated
1 orange, juice and zest175g wholemeal flour
2tsp baking powder
pinch of salt
2tsp ground cinnamon
1tsp mixed spice
110g chopped walnuts
350g carrots grated
oven gas4/180c/350f
beat butter and sugar until creamy,beat yolks into mixture,then stir in orange juice and zest
sift dry ingredients and fold into mix. add walnuts and stir gently
whisk egg whites until stiff then fold in
stir grated carrots until everything is mixed
spoon into two cake tins
cook for between 75 and 90 mins
CREAM CHEESE TOPPING
beat 125g softened unsalted butter,50g icing sugar until mixed well, add 250g cream cheese, mix, refrigerate for 20 mins, spread in the middle of cakes and on top
make a cup of tea, cut a large slice and enjoy!!!!!!!!0 -
can anyone explain the robinsons squash glitch looked through loads and not found anything about it.
also the low fat ambrosia rice does NOT work

I think full fat is okay. I think the low fat is the bad one.
And apparently the organic one doesn't compare either.
I bought it earlier and will find out in about an hour if it messes up my coke shop.My husband says he will leave me if I don't stop shopping......... God I will miss that man.0
