I had a couple of strange JTDs back today - some of the items had been doubled up and said 2 x ... when I had only bought one.

One of them is a receipt for only one item at £1.99 which matched with £1 at A so should be a JTD of 99p but has come back as £1.98 as it is showing 2 x the item.

I'm not complaining but if they ask to see my receipt it is going to look very suspicious that I have a £1.98 JTD for an original purchase of £1.99!

All the receipt details are exactly correct except for the time which is 17 on my receipt but 5 on the print but I have had this error before with confusion with the 24 hour clock.

    Morning all!

Has anyone not received any LTS vouchers yet? I'm starting to get a bit worried, I am only waiting on one £25 one as my £15 one was cancelled but there's been no sign.

I was thinking they are maybe doing it alphabetically by surname, mine on SSM is W...........I'm starting to lose hope of getting it........
Hi Kadison I haven't received any LTS vouchers yet:(. My name begins H. I am waiting for 3 x £25. Fingers crossed they will be sent soon.
