two words for you - absolute nutter.
But well impressed am I. You are definitely motivating me - have had a year out from the mountains and my fitness levels have dropped alarmingly. Due to start back gently in Wales in three weeks before Scotland at Easter - time is running out.0 -

Well done WV! I only tend to use the bikes at the gym when the running or rowing machines are all in use altho I do like using my mountain bike when time/weather permits!!
Thanks locarr, I only tend to use the exercise bike in the winter. Got a mountain bike for the summer and I'm going to the lakes with my camera. I'm also going to try and do the coast to coast (Lakes to Sunderland) in less than 4 days. HC will be in the car transporting my camera equipment.
I did have a rowing machine, but I had to sell it, got too addicted to it :eek:Something unexpected happened which made me smile and still continues to make me smile.
