Unicom - business phone anyone any info?

After receiving a most shocking bill from BT this quarter and being cold called by Unicom I decided to let them come round and talk to me.
I've signed up with them as they reckon my bill could be more than halved as most of my calls are diverts to my mobile.
I have just googled them and found some awful reviews. Mainly about the 3 year contract but I am aware of that and realise that there could be a hefty fee if I leave early which is what most of the complaints seem to be about.
Anybody got any experience of them?
