I have a invoice problem with 18185 and on the website they say "For any queries about your invoice please click 'contact us' and submit the correct form". When you try this you just get answers to many FAQ's but no way to report an invoice problem. An email sent to service@18185.co.uk was returned as undeliverable. Unless someone can help me out it seems I will have to send a letter by land mail.0

Use the 'Report a Fault' option.Time has moved on (much quicker than it used to - or so it seems at my age) and my previous advice on residential telephony has been or is now gradually being overtaken by changes in the retail market. Hence, I have now deleted links to my previous 'pearls of wisdom'. I sincerely hope they helped save some of you money.0

I tried "report a fault" but it asks for the calling and receiving numbers for the fault. Even though this is not appropriate for reporting an invoice fault I used some real numbers (which were not faulty) just to get past the first page and explained what I did. I have not had a reply.0

Use the To report a fault option and type your own message in blank form that appears.Time has moved on (much quicker than it used to - or so it seems at my age) and my previous advice on residential telephony has been or is now gradually being overtaken by changes in the retail market.
