I opened a yahoo mail account on the 15th March specifically for one of these comps from Findaprize. I have just checked it and have 22 spam messages. Not a massive amount but still annoying

Edit: Just in case anyone references back to this post, I have just checked my e-mail that I set up exclusively for this comp site, and it now seems that the spam has gotten worse. I,m getting more of it and it has become more insidious in type. I am now getting mails from senders purporting to be from parking ticket firms, IRS (USA tax office), bank phishing, and viagra sales.

Hi,walwin.Cheers for establishing your gender.I felt it was better to be safe then sorry when replying and quoting a gender :-)
My main motivation for these multiple bumps was the often quoted statement that most people do not go in"Discussion".Most visit this board to enter competitions & that alone.One only has to look the amount of thanks/views that most comps attract & how many posts/thanks/views are evident in "Discussion".
Given the amount of thanks that this series of comps are receiving I felt that best way to alert this silent,non "Discussion" visiting, majority was to bump these posts with my opinion.
Rightly or wrongly I felt that the bumps had validity & there was a need for them.
