Hello
I have never used my overdraft but just wondered if anyone knew what the charges are for using your overdraft now they are run by Santander? It still displays as a premier direct account on my internet banking. Is it still 50p a day capped at £5 a month?
Thanks
Jake

Same as they've always been. No changes to your account product even though it's now under the banner of Santander.
You can always (and maybe should) pop in or call to confirm this.0 -
I'm an A&L customer, and am sorry to say that Santander have just decided they're going to potentially DOUBLE the monthly overdraft fees we (ex-)A&L customers pay on our accounts.
If you have a Premier or Premier Direct account, then they are now raising the overdraft usage fee from a £5 monthly cap to a new £10 cap. My latest 'view your statement' email, received today, contained a link to this document about changes to T&Cs on overdrafts. See page 3 for the new charges, and page 5 for when they are coming into effect. (For the increased overdraft fees, it's from 16 March.)
Not happy one bit!!! :mad:0 -
