By entering this prize promotion, you accept and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:

1. To enter, go to http://www.carphonewarehouse.com/prizedraw/300vouchers, enter your
a. First name and surname
b. Email address
c. Mobile number
d. Postal address including post code
and click "submit".
2. The prize promotion is open to residents of the UK, Isle of Man or Channel Islands, aged 16 years or over. One entry per person is permitted.
3. Employees (and their families) of The Carphone Warehouse Limited ("CPW") are excluded from entering this prize promotion. This includes any affiliates, parent or subsidiary companies, as well as representatives or agents of CPW, or anyone else who may be involved or connected with the prize promotion. Any entries submitted by agents or third parties shall be invalid and not be accepted by the promoter.
4. An entrant cannot enter on behalf of someone else.
5. An entry will be void if it is reasonably deemed by CPW to have been made by an ineligible person or if is incomplete. CPW may request such information as it considers necessary or desirable for the purposes of verifying eligibility or the validity of any entry and any prize may be withheld unless and until CPW is satisfied with the verification.
6. A total of one prize will be awarded. The prize consists of £300 in high street shopping vouchers.
7. The winning entries will be selected at random by an independent judge by 3rd December 2010. The winners will be notified email or by phone within 5 working days of the draw.
8. The prize promotion opens on 12th November 2010 and closes at 5:30pm on 26th November 2010 (the "Closing Date") and any entries received after the Closing Date will not be accepted by the Promoter.
9. Details of the names of the winner will be available after 10th December 2010 and for three months thereafter by sending a signed request along with a stamped self-addressed envelope to Nokia N8 Catch up with CPW prize draw, The Carphone Warehouse, Loyalty Marketing Department, 1 Portal Way, North Acton, London, W3 6RS
10. Submission of entries will not constitute proof of receipt and no responsibility will be accepted by the Promoter for entries which the Promoter does not receive. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or corruption of data in transit.
11. The prizes must be taken as offered. No cash equivalent or other alternative prize are available in whole or in part except as provided for in these terms and conditions.
12. All prizes are non-transferable. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize of an equivalent value should the prize become unavailable for any reason.
13. The Promoter shall use reasonable effort to contact the winner(s) through the means specified in these terms and conditions. If the Promoter is unable to contact any winner within a reasonable period of such a winner having been selected, or if any winner is unable for whatever reason to accept the prize, then the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to another participant.
14. All prizes are non-transferable.
15. Each winner agrees to participate in any publicity or other such promotional activities which the Promoter may reasonably require in connection with the prize promotion and the Promoter shall have the right to use each winner's name, likeness, image, voice and biographical information for advertising and promotional purposes in connection with the prize promotion in all media without further notice and without the need to make any payment to such a winner for such use.
16. Nothing in these rules shall affect your statutory rights.
17. The promoter will not be liable for any prize(s) that do not reach the winner for reasons beyond the Promoter's reasonable control.
18. The promoter may refuse or disqualify any entry (including winning entries) if the entrant concerned or anyone authorised by the entrant to deal with their entry, acts in a way towards the Promoter which the Promoter reasonably considers to be inappropriate, unlawful or offensive. If the winning entry is disqualified the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to another entrant.
19. The decision of the Promoter is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome of the prize promotion.

Sorry to bump - But would like to point out to "the more cautious", These comps run by Carphone Warehouse always states:
"By entering this prize draw, you agree that we may contact you by email, post, SMS or MMS with news and information about our special offers and those of other companies in the The Carphone Warehouse PLC group of companies which include Best Buy Europe Distributions Limited group of companies which includes Best Buy Co., Inc and those of selected third parties."
I have posted a few of these comps myself and can tell you the only time they contact you by phone is when you win, like I did. £50 vouchers from this comp. And have never had any sms/mms or post (except when my vouchers arrived)
