Withdraw money from Premium Bonds?

I'd like to take my money out of premium bonds I've not got a lot in there and it's very unlikely to win anything and I am missing any interest I would be gaining on it.

I can't find my details that I got when I bought them though - like an account number or whatever their equivalent is.

How can I go about getting my money out?

best thing to do, is write to them saying that you have lost your bonds, and they will send you new replacements. As you dont know you holders number, you best state your full name, address (bonds were purchased) and your date of birth.
Then you pick up a form for cashing in Premium Bonds from your Post Office, and fill in, and sending your bonds aswell.

i'm not sure if you can just write to them and say that you have misplaced your bonds and would like to cash them in.

There is a special tracing service form which you should fill in and send to them
