My gf & I both received our Sony MBNA PINs & neither of them are distinguisable. The instructions are simple enough (peel back the label from the back of the letter & scratch). However, on my g/fs card all you can make out are two of the numbers (very VERY faintly) & on mine you can't actually see any of them. Total crap.

This one is looking like being much more hassle than it's worth...

Yes I spent some time this morning trying to decipher my PIN! At the risk of sounding obvious I take it you placed it against white paper? Even then it's bloomin' difficult to read.

Yep, tried an assortment of white surfaces! I can just barely make out half of one number on mine....

Are you register and using online banking with your MBNA Card? If so there is an option there to display your PIN Number.

    Dangerous, very dangerous.

Another option is to Bin your PIN and get yourself Chip & Signature, that is unless you wish to use your credit card for cash. You need never be held responsible for the security and safe keeping of a PIN or PINs.

You can even adapt your Chip & Signature Card, and use it as a Chip & PRINT card.
