I am absolutely amazed !!!!!

Yesterday I bought 6 for 1 suncare items (£63 - paid £6.50 after all discounts). When I got home I realised I had picked up two sprays and not creams, so I have just been to my local Boots to see if I could exchange them. No problem, the assistant swapped them and then asked for my debit card? When I checked my receipt I had been given a refund of £11.50 :eek: It would appear that when two items are refunded, the BOGOF doesn't trigger, so I have got £63 worth of suncare products for nothing AND a refund of £5 :rotfl: :j :rotfl: :j

Went to my local Boots today. They had six lip and shimmer sticks at £5.50 each. I picked up two and one No 7 skincare item, shampoo and then at checkout saw the Heavenly eyeshadow palette so bought for neice. Handed over hair voucher, No 7 voucher and then 250 points voucher. Came to £12+. Checked receipt out of shop, 250 points hadn't gone through (looked at others in the bags I got on Sunday and they were all bbe 11/06 hence it didn't go through!) Got call from sister to say she'd picked up Heavenly pallette also for neice! Took mine back as I had only purchased it about 10 mins earlier. They were going to refund just £5.50 instead of £10.50 so asked for full refund to be put through and we'd start again. Till wanted to give me £18+ giving me an extra £5.50 so SA cancelled and tried again - same result. To cut a long story short there were four SA's round the till trying to work out how to give me refund. Aftger 15 mins+ they gave up, voided the transaction, refunded £12+ to my card and then had to go hunting for another £3 and £5 voucher to give back to me:rolleyes: . Two SA's went away with the goods and receipt trying to work out what was what. So I didn't get my 3 No7 items. Came out with two rolls of Xmas paper for 29p each instead. So still not got the No 7 deal and the glitch ends today I assume:rolleyes: . Still not to worry have had lots of extra points & deals in the past. Felt all hot and bothered in the store and it's such a tiny store that I'll be remembered for ever and a day:rolleyes: !
