Hi Ann
With respect to the M&S letter - you should send the letter below, the last paragraph is a direct smart comment to their last paragraph in their letter to you which read the same, to an extent :rotfl::Dear Sirs,
Account No: XXXXXXXX
I write with reference to your letter dated 17 June, the content of which has been noted and subsequently disregarded.
These accounts are in dispute with the Original Creditor, Marks & Spencer Money, and until such time they supply me with the correct documentation in response to my recent s.77/s.78 requests the accounts are also unenforceable in line with s.127(3) and s.65(1) of the Consumer Credit Act (1974).
Please be advised that I will only communicate with you in writing. I have no intentions of speaking to anyone that you deem necessary to send round so save time and money and do not bother with such a silly notion, as you'll not achieve anything. However should it be your intention to ignore me and proceed to arrange a doorstep visit, be advised that under OFT rules, you can only visit me at my home if you make an appointment and I have no wish to make such an appointment with you.
There is an implied license under English Common Law for people to be able to visit me on my property without express permission; the postman and people asking for directions etc (Armstrong v Sheppard & Short Ltd [1959] 2 QB 384. per Lord Evershed M.R.). Therefore take note that I revoke license under Common Law for you, or your representatives to visit me at my property and, if you do so, you will be liable to damages for a tort of trespass and action will be taken, including but not limited to, police attendance.
I trust this clarifies matters. Please refer this account back to the Original Creditor for clarity and do not bother me again with your silly letters containing unlawful and unnecessary threats.
I hope you appreciate the seriousness of this situation and do not contact me, ever again.
Yours faithfully

Mr Nid when you are less busy can you tell us why Scottish people dont like the English? When i went there a few years ago people were really nice to me in pubs (i got seats, free drinks) but they were a bit rude to my white friends. Why?
You're playing Slovenia - you're not guaranteed to win anything and I hope they beat you - after all, it was only a week ago we heard "England are contenders to win".....
So to answer your second part, we don't dislike English - far from it, its more a case of we're sick of their arrogance. They think they are the best and start with their gob !!!!!! the moment they enter a competion, I mean they are up against some world class teams but still the English media give it all the mighty talk and England fail, as they always do :rotfl: :rotfl:
The reason we don't support you is purely that - ignorant arrogance from all involved within English sports. A prime example, whenever Henman was involved in Wimbledon it was always a case of "....an englishman could win wimbledon" but now you have Murray as the UK's "hopes" - this has changed from Scotsman to Brit.
It makes me sick. Accept it, England cannot play any sport to compete with the best - they simply aint good enough!
That is the reason why I do not support them, in anything they do.2010 - year of the troll

This is absolutely brilliant, Niddy.
Thanks very much.
No rush with the other one - I am sure you have a 100 and 101 other things to do.
All your hard work is much appreciated.
