How many calls do you make between 6pm and 7pm?
Similarly how many calls do you make between 6am and 7am?
If you can prove you are adversely affected by this change, (and BT will look at your historical usage to confirm the answers to the above questions) then you propbably would have a case.
Remember also that the clocks change at about the same time as the change comes into affect (going forward by 1 hour), so BT may consider the implications of that too."Now to trolling as a concept. .... Personally, I've always found it a little sad that people choose to spend such a large proportion of their lives in this way but they do, and we have to deal with it." - MSE Forum Manager 6th July 20100 -

BT Rep: Yes, evening is now 19:00 to 07:00
BT Customer: So I lose an hour at the start of the evening period compared with the previous official Evening Times?
BT Rep: No, the clocks change by an hour on the last Sunday in March.
BT Customer: So 19:00 BST is really 18:00 GMT?
BT Rep: Yes, you've got it. No change really.

Not really. The chances are you've realised you've written nonsense and a response from you digs a bigger hole.If you are the type of poster who assumes you've won some kind of argument with me because I've not responded to a post, chances are that you've simply already been placed on my ignore list.0 -
Where BT goes today others will sure to Follow. I see Talk Talk are changing their times from June to be in line with BT0
