How many calls do you make between 6pm and 7pm?

Similarly how many calls do you make between 6am and 7am?

If you can prove you are adversely affected by this change, (and BT will look at your historical usage to confirm the answers to the above questions) then you propbably would have a case.

Remember also that the clocks change at about the same time as the change comes into affect (going forward by 1 hour), so BT may consider the implications of that too.

BT Rep: Yes, evening is now 19:00 to 07:00

BT Customer: So I lose an hour at the start of the evening period compared with the previous official Evening Times?

BT Rep: No, the clocks change by an hour on the last Sunday in March.

BT Customer: So 19:00 BST is really 18:00 GMT?

BT Rep: Yes, you've got it. No change really.

If you are the type of poster who assumes you've won some kind of argument with me because I've not responded to a post, chances are that you've simply already been placed on my ignore list.
Not really. The chances are you've realised you've written nonsense and a response from you digs a bigger hole.
