    1. This free prize draw is open to all residents of the UK aged 18 or over, except employees of the promoter and their families, its agents or anyone else professionally connected with the promotion.
    2. There is one first prize and 17 second prizes. These consist of:

    (a) Travel is subject to availability at the discretion of the organiser. Travel will be by train, must be off peak and booked a minimum of 6 weeks in advance. Should the winner live more than 4 hours train travel from
    their destination, flights will be sourced where possible, subject to availability.
    (b) Hotel is classed as a 5 Star and is based on two adults sharing a twin or double room (winner’s choice) with en-suite bathroom on a bed and breakfast basis. Stay must cover a Saturday or Sunday night only
    and cannot be taken Monday to Thursday.
    (c) Please note that the package does not include any other spa treatments.
    (d) Subject to availability at the time of booking. Courses take place on Sundays throughout the year. Booking is made through NDL (prize fulfilment agency) once a date is agreed with the winner.
    (e) Winner and friend to enjoy a three course roast lunch including half a bottle of house wine per person.
    (f) Subject to availability. The promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for its nearest equivalent.

    3. Entry is via the internet only (www.birdseye.co.uk). To enter, simply compete the associated entry form and click ‘submit’ for online submissions
    4. Only one entry per person allowed. No postal entries will be accepted.
    5. Entries from organised groups and competition clubs, as well as bulk entries, will not be accepted.
    6. There is no cash alternative.
    7. The promoter accepts no responsibility for entries which are not received due to any problems with third party services, including internet connections.
    8. Opening date for receipt of entries is midday on 17 March 2010.
    9. Closing date for receipt of entries is midday on 28 April 2010.
    10. The 18 individual prize winners will be chosen at random by an impartial third party and will be notified by email or phone by midday 5 May 2010.
    11. NDL are contacting winners by telephone.
    12. If by midday 12 May 2010 we have still not managed to contact a winner we reserve the right to select an alternative winner at random to receive the relevant prize. Again, this winner will be selected at random
    under independent supervision and will be notified by email or phone.
    13. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
    14. The winners may be required to take part in related publicity.
    15. For the winner’s name and county please send an SAE marked for the attention of ITV3 newsletter, ævolve, 7th floor, Parker Tower, 43-49 Parker Street, London, WC2B 5PS (please do not send entries to this
    address).
