I have filled out one of these forms and it is basically an income/expenditure form. Where you state your monthly comittments and how much money you have to play with each month. They will probably respond asking you to send them proof for certain items. Good luck0

pretty straight forward then, by asking for proof they are just really delayin the process so i will send the proof with the form. thanks0

don't expect them to write back accepting your financial hardship they will most likely dismiss your hardship claim as a matter of course.
They replied to me saying my form was "incomplete" and they did not agree i was in financial hardship, meanwhile back in the real world my form was fully completed, i sent off supporting documents for everything i put on the form including accounts showing loss of income and bill receipts and proof of arrears etc etc, but still i was refused, they refuse everybody the first time round just to see if you will give up.
i then got a follow up letter telling me my claim was not being upheld and no charges repaid due to the supreme court judgement.
I have just sent a letter demanding they officialy recognise my hardship or i will refer the case to the ombudsman, i'll let people know hoe i get on with it.0 -

If you do not receive the Income and expenditure form, I can shorten your time to receive them since I have blank copies on Legal Beagles of most of the banks I&E forms.

You need to be registered to download the form.
Furthermore read my signature page 20 and apply your circumstances to the criteria. You do need to send proof of arrears.0 -
I have just had the letter from Natwest saying I don't fall into their criteria for financial hardship which is strange because CCCS have advised us we are in trouble and need to follow their plan immediately before things get alot worse.
What exactly is their "criteria"? Living on the streets in a cardboard box????0 -
"hat exactly is their "criteria"? Living on the streets in a cardboard box????"
Thereins lies the problem, and even if you qualify they don't have to do an awful lot just consider your request. I wonder what the most frequent result of such considerations is...
You might want to go to the FOS when you've exhausted thier process or if eight weeks have passed and it is apparent you are getting nowhere.Mixed Martial Arts is the greatest sport known to mankind and anyone who says it is 'a bar room brawl' has never trained in it and has no idea what they are talking about.0 -
I've just read a success story on here........They received what sounds like the exact same letter from Natwest, wrote a stern letter back with more proof of hardship and threatening to go to the ombudsman. They got all their money back..............I'm not giving up yet!0

Read my signature page 20 which are hardship guidelines. You need to write why you are in hardship and how you got into hardship based on your circumstances ie loss of job lead to x y and z, etc, etc,0
