Hello everyone,
Can I ask what garden centres are you using, i.e are they just regional or are they national?
Thank you!!!0 -
Update on Finish £2 rejection yesterday. Bought about £10 worth of stuff today and used Finish no problem. The only problem I had was the young SA (not a trout) said it's only 2 internets . I said i was told 5  and she said it's 2 internets but 5 coupons altogether - I give up, they were consistent for a while but now they are making it up as they go along again. Anyway, i said don't worry and got 3 other MOC's out to replace the 3 internets she wouldn't take ( these were internets coupons but they are double sided laser printed ones
). Unfortunately of lower value though. I've started buying The Times from the tobacco counter and using my 55p off student voucher there, bag it up and then do my normal shop so I don't get caught in the number of coupons trap so managed over 50% off ( I try and get 75% - the limit in my store) so not too bad.
I've managed to get 2 x £4.99 Purina tonight using daughter 2's laptop so should do OK tomorrow:T. I will using daughter 1's as well to get another 2.
Thanks to Sher60 - I did have a great holiday (coutesy of Tesco Clubcard Deals of course) - saved loads of money not going to Europe this year. Looking forward to next holiday. Why do we wish our life away :rotfl:
Yesterday I asked Customer Services about the 2 x £1 gardening vouchers and she very kindly checked on her system and said they didn't stock it at my store - oh well. If I go the the Extra 14 miles away before the end of June I will try there. If at first you don't succeed, try, try, try - oh bu99er that just cheat0 -

Hubby got trouted last night! I love that phrase:D It's the 1st time and it actually made both of us a bit nervous and paranoid. He'd gone on his own and he'd got a young female SA - and she'd just started scanning his mocs when the supervisor came over and told her to go for her toilet break. She then started looking through the mocs and said that she wouldn't be able to take all of them cos they had changed the policy as somebody had been abusing it cos they had paid a couple of pence for £20 of shopping. So she took £4ish off £18 shop when the system aparently bleeped to say no more. Hubby came home to tell me this - thinking they must mean him cos we've done a few shops paying small amounts of cash - checked my figures and we haven't done a shop for anywhere near £20 paying pence, nearest we've done is about £12 when we've paid only a few pence - so think it must be someone else, but it did make me quite nervous about using the mocs.
So was unsure what to do whether to go in and try and use mocs as normal, go and use less mocs, or go and speak to CS and see whats what. Anyway I decided to ring the store - explained to them how I was using coupons and that I never split shopping or go more than once a day or split with my family members etc - upshot got confirmation that store policy is as national policy and it hasn't changed - got names to quote if there is a problem.
Phew - so why do I still feel so nervous about going in tonight??0 -
