In the golfing terminology a two under par is an eagle and a three under par is a albatross. What is the term for 8 hits on a hole?
Moaning! depends on the par for the hole but even on a par 5 a double bogey woudl be 2 shots over par. 8 shots on a par 5 for a high handicapper would still get them a point if they were playing stableford as opposed to match or strokeplay..(bet you are glad you asked!)
