Not yet figured out why you started on Thursday but I'd love to join in. Grocery delivery arrived a few hours ago so tonight we had an odd dinner!
Tonight - Bacon sarnie, hot dogs and chips for OH, just the sarnie with onions for me as I'd made and eaten a LOT of mince pies earlier!
Saturday - Spicy chicken stir fry (free range, we just have chicken once a week or fortnight). OH will be making this from scratch though I do cheat and buy the supermarket stir fry veg pack. Seems cheaper somehow.
Sunday - OH's home made chili, make a LOT and stick the rest in the SC
Monday - Baked potatoes with yesterday's chili. Freeze the rest, if there is any.
    Tuesday - Tuna pasta bake.
Wednesday - Omlettes with beans, and chips.
