Can someone please recommend any sites online that do EPC and they have used.

  Hi

We used a company called 'eHips' online and the cost of the EPC was less than £95 but I'm not sure if prices are regional but they may be worth a try.

There is a section on the site for landlords requiring an EPC if you enter the Estate Agent tab on the banner, this appears on a list.

  You could try:

  http://www.localsurveyorsdirect.co.uk/energy_performance_certificate.aspx

where you put in the postcode of the property and a list of local Energy Inspectors with their prices comes up.

As a retired conveyancing solicitor I believe the information given in the post to be useful assuming any properties concerned are in England/Wales but I accept no liability for it.
