I have just been at Argos. It is offering the following for its mastercard credit card:
-1% money cashback on any purchases
-2% money cashback on Argos purchases
-0% Balance transfer for 9 months on balance transfers up to £5000 (£3% fee)
-0% for 6 months on all Argos purchases
-0% for 3 months on all other purchases
-plus when you spend £200 or more in a month, you'll be given exclusive access to your rewards. Here you will exciting discounts on big brand products and great offers from our partners
Sounds too good to be true..I could not resist ..I went for another stooze:rolleyes:
After a good stoooze (9 months), you can always keep the card for the cashback..
Only in store..not advertise on their website

I have the argos mastercard and no offers have been made to me nor are they available to existing customers in store, or so the staff tell me, but who can trust an argos staff girl , some of them have never even seen an argos mastercard.0

I signed up for this at Malaga Airport!
It arrived Saturday. 2% back spend at Argos, 1% back anywhere else, 0% Balance transfers for 9 months, 0% Argos purchases for 6 months 0% purchases anywhere else for 3 months. Plus spend £200 in one month and get rewards.
Worth using over Christmas I reckon.I Believe in saving money!!!:T

I have used the secure message system probably about 6 times and without fail the reply I always get is ......
due to the nature of your query we would like to discuss it personaly, please ring 0870 etc etc
I never do cos I hate the thought of paying them money via the call charge to get an answer they could give me via e-mail, damn money grabbers, also they ALWAYS charge a foreign exchange fee when using this card to pay for anything via Paypal, LOL how tight can u get!!0 -
