I bought Fitflops a few months back on .com and just looked at my old orders to see where my AC points went to. but it says there was none on the order
Is there somewhere I should of ticked? This was my first and only order with .com. Does anyone know if theres any way i can still get the points? This was the only reason I ordered them with Boots as they were a couple of quid cheaper on fleabay.

Hey all, just wondered if this has happened to anyone else, i spent over £50 on boots.com about 2 weeks ago, was due to have over 700 points added to my ad card, so off i went into boots today to check on the machine and points are not there?? Has this happened before to anyone ? What should i do??
Thanks for any help xx
this happened to me about a year ago,i tried another advantage machine and they were there0 -
Grrr. Not a happy bunny. My .com ordered turned up today and although there were a few nice surprises (!) my smokey eye pallete was crumbled everywhere.
Phoned CS and she said nothing they can't do as regards replace the pallette as it was a free gift but she will get a supervisor to phone me and might be able to refund some money or points. Thing is i only ordered the blimmin' mascara specifically for the eye pallette as i have mascara coming out my earholes!!!
Phooeey
Calling it a free gift is a real joke on Boots' part, as there is nothing "free" about the bonus gifts. No7 is either on a 342 sale, or there is a gwp, and both deals are figured into the cost of the products so that Boots still makes a big profit even when you get the "free" item (except maybe when bootsers work a good glitch, lol). So I would definitely fight that, as you actually did pay for it indirectly. And as you said the "gift" was the incentive to buy in the first place!
Perhaps you can take the mascara and the gwp back to a store and exchange both for new ones? They don't generally take back cosmetics, but if it arrived damaged, they should do it -- and since the eye pallette is linked to the mascara, I'd take them both back. If the SA is at all reasonable, she'll just swap the eye pallete.0 -

Has anyone had Boots.com points added ok (via machine instore as normal) since the new site? If so, how long did it take? I have my points still not showing from last weeks order but don't want to wait too long as I have something I have my eye on which is on offer at £13.99 rather than £21.99 that I would like to get with the points before it goes back up in price.
I think you'll need to ring customer services as there seems to be a problem with their system not adding the points on. Thats what i did, and it seems that it happened with quite a few peeps on here as well hun x:starmod:C'est la vie:starmod:0 -
"There is a voucher for 250pts in the current mag when you join the repeat prescription service at Boots. You dont actually have to be picking up a prescription to activate it so a free 250pts".
Hiya: Jut wondered if peeps had been doing this successfully ? I was turned down in 2 different Boots. Told to come back with my prescription.:rolleyes:0 -
