That's good news, the Halifax One card I've just cancelled is no more...it's been replaced by the All In One Card. The Plus card is the pick of the bunch at the mo.YorkshireBoy wrote: »I understand the 'wait' for another Halifax card of the same type is only 30 days.
To be on the safe side though, I wouldn't apply again until the card was showing as settled on my credit file (which could take up to 8-10 weeks).
The reason why I love HBOS cards so much is because they give very generous limits (not quite as good as MBNA though!).0 -
It's still available here...the Halifax One card I've just cancelled is no more

Although it's only 9 months 0% on both BT's (3% fee) and purchases, it does have a very low 9.9% APR typical 'go-to' rate.0 -
I got the Halifax "One" Master card in March, used all the credit for shopping in May, then they increased my credit limit last month with another £1,000 which I am not going to use it, because there is only a few months left for the 0% interest free.
Saw here mentioned the Halifax "Cashback" card. Tried to apply it online on Monday, I was looking to get rejected. Becuase for the last months, I have applied HSBC current account twice, Barclays card and American Express. American Express rejected my application. Understandable, I have got 5 credit cards which are being stoozing and paying minimum payment each month. But surprised, I got the accepted letter this morning saying my Cashback card is ready for me and waiting to be despatched!0 -
It depends on your credit rating (how rich you are) and the credit limit on pervious card. In theory if you are a millionaire you can apply for as many as you want, if credit limit on each card was £500.0
