I don't know if this is blatantly obvious but I only just realized this:

    - I got NO ACM total spend voucher today, so I spent £15 and got 10% points, that is the normal 4% plus 6%= 60 + 90 points = 150

    - Normally I would get a ACM WYS £15 for 100 points or 75 points, and I would get the normal points 60= 160 or 135 points.

If you check for £20 or £25 spends with the respective ACM WYS vouchers, it amounts to almost the same number of points.

Basically we are not that better off with this 10% offer, given the acms stopped issuing the total spend vouchers during these promotion days. In the good old days (a few months ago), we would add the ACM to the special promotion of triple points or 10 points per £1. But not anymore.

Online is a different story, sicne the 500 codes add to the 10 points offer, so if you spend £50 you get 1000 points, that is 20%!!
Makes you wonder, that MrB is getting smarter on us!

I feel like that too! I had 7106 pts last week but I've spent them on reduced S&G and Ted Baker. I've still got 6566 pts (!) so I'll be using them to get the next Clinique GWP. Apparently it's meant to be a nice white vanity bag with a few big products in according to the Oxford Street SA.

It's nicer using the points to buy reduced stuff because it feels like even more of a bargain! :D

This is the new GWP, its looks great (very tempting). Picked this up today. HTH

  • Went to uxbridge today, unfortunately didnt have enough money to do the no 7 glitch :(
But did get a few things. Only reductions i found were ted baker body wash, scrub and soak @ £1.50 each. Couldnt find any clearance:confused: One sanctuary thing marke dclearance on norml shelf. It was foot pads, not sure of price. Tried my card, mums and sisters. Mum and sister offered free med mini, i was offered 1/2 price med mini:rolleyes: Offered quite a few vouchers, trevor sorbie, model me, photo frames 200 pointer etc but only printed off what i knew id use. Did go to the smaller boots but only got 2 things.
    Shop 1:
    Always ultra £1.59
    Alldays £1. something
Used: 100 points always and free alldays with always.
Total: £1.59 with 104 points back. (thanks durham05 for the 100 points voucher, sorry i cant remember who sent me the free alldays voucher but thankyou anyway :)

    Shop 2:
    Boots wipes x 2-£1.99 bogof
    mini med £2
    ted baker body wash £1.50
    Ted baker body scrub-£1.50
    diabetic choc £1.45
Diabetic fruit sweets 80p (both for nan)
    Used free med mini voucher
    Total: £7.24 and 28 points

    Shop 3:
    Med mini £2
    Gift bag £1.50
    Used: free med mini voucher
    Total: £1.50
Both med minis were given to my nan with the other minis i got her for her birthday.
Im really hoping i can scrape the money together to get the no 7 stuff especially as someone has had the 500 pointer work on lip screen! If it worked id get 1150 points back on a £10.75 spend! (have £5 off no 7, 200 points no 7 cosmetics, 250 points no 7 cosmetics, 200 points no 7 suncare and 500 points wyb 2 p&p) Not sure if we can spare the money though:rolleyes:

Hi folks, I thought I would post a picture of todays shopping, rather than a list (Truth is I am knackered, also easier to see at a glace) ;)
