Gemini Parking Solutions - didn't receive appeal rejection.

Hi,

I've got a PCN form Gemini Parking Solutions.
I appealed the PCN via e-mail (26.03) (driver has been identified).
Today I received a letter from Debt Recovery Plus.
I called Gemini Parking Solutions to ask about the appeal.
They said they sent an e-mail (29.03) asking for a proof of delivery.
I didn't get the e-mail.
They're saying as this has been forwarded to Debt Recovery Plus, they can't do anything about it.

Shouldn't they send an official appeal rejection with a POPLA code (as I appealed, but they rejected it as they didn't get a reply from me)?

What should I do?
Contact them and ask for the appeal rejection and POPLA code?
Ignore them and wait for a potential court letter?

Gemini are in the IPC so POPLA doesn't apply.  IAS is a farce, so no using that.

Certainly Ignore them and wait for a potential court claim (unlikely from Gemini). Tell them if you move house of course but that's common sense in any case where you have ongoing dealings with a firm who reckon you owe them money.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Meanwhile, if there are mitigating circumstances, complain to the landowner or the business and try to get it cancelled before it goes any further
