Warm Home Discount not been paid

I received a letter in December saying I might be eligible for the Warm Home discount, I called the number early Jan and had confirmation I was eligible being told it would be auto applied 

Cut to April and I have not received the payment, talking to my energy supplier they have said it is probably down to a very slight difference between the address DWP had and they had, that has ben corrected, but so energy have instructed me that i need to contact DWP to do the payment again, but the number is closed who do i contact?

Some people last year had success calling the number and holding on after the end of the recorded message saying the line was closed.  They eventually got through to someone.  No idea if it'll be the same this year but worth a try at least.
