First, I would suggest reading martins article on IVAs at eh top of this page , as they are only suitable in very limited circumstances.

Secondly, if you do want an IVA and none of the oher debt options are better, then contact CCCS, who will arrange it. We see a lot of people on here who have failed IVAs and whose Insolvency Practitioner is not even prepared to pay the BK fees even though they have taken loads of fees to set up the IVA.

Agree with all the above. Explore all your options, don't limit yourself you never know what you can do if you put your mine to it.
