Hi, I've used savapoint before and they were fine. I just used them for the "free loyalty gift"! All you had to do was choose your gift and then pay p+p - £2 or £3 I think it was. I got Bullguard for that cheap price and it didn't seem to matter that I hadn't purchased anything full price. A lot of people were doing it at the time. Also it was on Linemypocket, you got 30p or something for doing this! hth Rachel.

Plenty of sites talk about it.. just try searching in google.

The worst internet company I ever have ever experienced. Wont even let you have your legal rights.
They took 5 weeks to send me my item, and didnt reply to ANY emails in the meantime, and spent around 8hrs all in before I got them to answer.
Sent it back for a refund, and they sent the same one back.
Sent it back, and they sent it back. Phoned them, and they refused to refund it.
Had to get trading standards involved before they suddenly agreed to pay it back.
Even then they took weeks again. And LIE to you.

But as some people may say, you will get it eventually. Whether its working etc is a different matter.

I would advise you to eat barbed wire for breakfast before Id advise you to buy from savapoint.
    Be nice

Sorry to hear you had a bad experience, as I say I had no probs. There was a big thing about it at the time and loads of people were getting free stuff. Maybe I was one of the lucky ones. never researched it as thoroughly as you have.

Well yes, you can things for practically nothing, and therefore cant really complain if it takes a while.
But I really wouldnt spend any significant money there. Im sure you could well be ok, but you would be kicking yourself if you took the risk and got the problems that so many others have had.
    Be nice
  • Thanks for your input - I dont think i'll bother, seems like alot of hassle!
