If you are following the Rosemary Conley new GI diet she has come up with these new pots that acurately measure out your portions.
They can be bought for half price by using the code " pots " at the checkout so only £2.49 instead of £4.99.
You do have to pay p+p of £2.50 but it still works out cheaper than ebay and also you can buy other things too.
I bought 2 sets for a total of £7.49 and I received them today. They are really good quality and hopefully will help with the old weight loss

I noticed in this month's mag they'd printed the sizes on the picture of the pots - they're just standard American measuring cup sizes.
I won't be bothering with the pretty coloured ones, I'll just use my plain bog-standard white plastic Tesco ones that cost me about £1.99!0 -
I have the portion pots but have misplaced the measuring guide can anyone post the basic instructions to use them?
thanks0 -

Do you want to explain a little more and save other people buying them.

I received mine a few days ago, and only one of the pots is the same as a standard American measuring cup, of which I have two sets.
They're really useful and a real timesaver! And many thanks for the code, which still works!0
