Training refund?

I have recently returned some training manuals for a course. It states in their T&C's that there is a 14 day grace period. I returned within this period and got a 'signed for' which confirms it has been received. I have had no communication from the company since or my refund.
What do I do now?

    Communicate with them and ask when you can expect the refund
    make the most of it, we are only here for the weekend.
    and we will never, ever return.

    Cut and paste the above to an email and send to the company?
