  It worked fine for me. Just checking, did you click on the right link in the OP? There are 2 links there. The lower link goes to the T&C, the first one opens the survey.

  I'm getting nothing too. On iPad I can see a picture and it says Uk banking survey but no actual survey. Tried clicking picture etc but nothing.
