Eligibility: The promotion is open to residents in the UK (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland), aged 18 or over, excluding employees of the Promoter and its holding companies and subsidiaries and their immediate families; its agents and suppliers and anyone else professionally connected with this promotion. Entrants must be eligible to travel to the USA and must be available to travel on the prize dates detailed.
Entry is restricted to one entry per person per day (matching IP address, email address or phone number count as per person). Each entrant will automatically be entered once (regardless of number of daily prize draw entries) into the final draw.
Entry Instructions: To participate, customers must visit the Foster Grant website, https://www.fostergrant.co.uk/NYC, where there will be an entry form. Entrants must answer the question correctly, and fill in their personal details (full name, email address and phone number) in order to be eligible. Complete entry form and answer question correctly each day to be entered into each daily prize draw.
Daily Winner Selection: 1 winner will be selected each day at random, from all valid entries received the previous day. The draw is done from all eligible entrants who enter between 00:00:00 until 23:59:59 each day. E.g. the first draw will be done on 23rd May and will include all entrants received between 00:00:00 and 23:59:59 on 22nd May. Each draw is carried out by a randomly verified electronic automated process
Final Winner Selection: 1 winner will be selected at random, from all valid entries received during the Promotional Period. The draw will be carried out by a randomly verified electronic automated process.
Daily Winner Notification: The daily winners will be notified by email within 48 hours of selection, and will have 3 working days to accept their prize, otherwise the prize may be forfeited and may be awarded to the next eligible entrant selected at random from the correct entries that were received before the applicable daily promotion closed.
Fianl Winner Notification: The final winner will be notified by phone and email within 24 hours of selection and will have 3 working days to accept their prize, otherwise the prize may be forfeited and may be awarded to the next eligible entrant selected at random from the correct entries that were received during the Promotion Period.
It is the responsibility of the participant to check their email inbox (including, but not limited to, their junk / spam email inbox) to ensure they are in receipt of their winner notification. The Promoter is not responsible for an entrant making a late claim on their win if this email/phone call is missed or not read/or responded to for any reason.
The decision of the Promoter is final and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into regarding the selection of winners.

Each successful entrant, upon acceptance of their prize in accordance with condition 9 above, shall be provided with a unique code and link to enable them to redeem their prize of a free pair of Foster Grant 90th Anniversary Limited Edition sunglasses plus free delivery each unique code shall only be used once.
Each unique code shall expire on redemption or on the 1st September 2019, whichever is the earlier. It is the responsibility of the winner to claim their set of sunglasses on the Foster Grant website
All sunglasses prizes are subject to availability, are non-transferable and non-exchangeable.

Travel:
Travel will be on Friday 6th September returning Tuesday 10th September 2019 (flight will land back in the UK on the morning of Wednesday 11th September). Winner and guest must be available at this time.
Tickets will be for the dates stated and are non-transferable and non-refundable. Tickets include all taxes and surcharges. Departure airport used will be the winners nearest international airport that operates flights to New York. A direct flight cannot be guaranteed.
Transfers will be private and not shared with other passengers.
Hotel is classed as a 4 Star and is based on 2 people sharing a double room with en-suite bathroom on a room only basis. Twin rooms can be requested but cannot be guaranteed. At least one guest must be over the age of 18. If the guest of the winner is under 18, they will need to provide written parental or guardian consent to attend the holiday prize as a guest of the winner. The winner may also be asked to provide proof of their age when claiming the holiday prize.
UK Passport holders must hold a valid ESTA (Electronic System for Travel Authorization) from the US Embassy, which can be applied for a minimum of 72 hours prior to travel. Anyone not holding an ESTA will be deported from the US upon arrival without exception. It is the winner’s responsibility to comply with the ESTA visa requirements of the United States of America. Approval is at the discretion of the US Embassy and neither NDL Group or the Promoter can be held responsible for this being rejected. Should the winner purchase their ESTA through a third party rather than the official site, NDL or the Promoter will only reimburse the actual cost of the ESTA and not any of the fees involved.
Non-UK passports holders may need a visa for this destination, which they should arrange with the US Embassy at their own expense.
The prize winner and guest must have and maintain a valid passport with at least 6 months validity after the return journey date. All relevant visas and other travel documents for the prize holiday in question and on the travel dates specified. The prize winner must not be subject to any restrictions in relation to travel to and from the applicable country or countries. Passport control and in-country authorities may reserve the right to refuse entry to prize winners. We are not responsible for ensuring any prize winner’s ability to travel to the prize holiday destination nor for any additional costs incurred if they are refused entry.
It is the responsibility of the prize winner to check any travel advisories issued by the UK Government and determine whether they wish to accept the risk of travelling to the holiday destination. We are not responsible for any loss or damage suffered by any prize winner arising out of their failure to follow any travel advisories issued by the UK Government.
We are not liable or responsible for any loss or damage suffered by any prize winner if such prize winner does not redeem a holiday prize as a result of any Government travel warning or advisory applicable to the destination country or countries. In particular, we have no obligation to substitute any alternative prize, cash equivalent or other compensation where a prize winner fails to redeem a holiday prize for any reason.
Travel insurance is subject to normal terms of acceptance. Pre-existing medical conditions may not be covered. No age restrictions apply.
No meals or spending money are included in the prize.
The prize package must be taken as a whole, flights and hotels cannot be redeemed separately. The Winner and their guest must travel together on the same flight to the prize destination and stay in the same hotel.
The Winner and guest are responsible for all expenses not expressly stated in these Terms and Conditions as being included as part of the prize. The Winner and guest will need to meet all other expenses including, but not limited to additional travel, transfers, excursions, visas (if applicable), vaccines (if applicable), accommodation, all meals and drinks as required, spending money, tips and other gratuities.
