I was wondering when BR and all associates accounts should drop off credit reports?
I’ve done some internet searching but there is so much conflicting information.
Am I right in thinking the bankruptcy will drop off 5 years after discharge (6 year after the actual bankruptcy date)?
Also, all my accounts that were included show as last updated on the discharge date (no default information on there). Does that mean they will stay on until 6 years after discharge?
Thanks in advance
