You’ll stay in an elegant, light-filled room with views over the hotel’s grounds. During your stay, relax in the pretty, flower-filled gardens, take a dip in the outdoor pool, or sip a glass of the palest Provence ros! on the terrace. If you’d like to get out and explore, you’re on the edge of many of Provence’s loveliest towns. Walk 10 minutes into the centre of St-R!my-de-Provence, a walled town that’s famous for its Wednesday markets, which take over the winding, mostly car-free streets. Head up to the hilltop town of Les Baux, where shops are built into the walls, for dramatic views over the surrounding vineyards; to L’Isle-sur-la-Sorgue, an antiques mecca packed out with shabby-chic caf!s; or, for a hit of culture, to the Saint-Paul Asylum, where Van Gogh painted some of his most famous works.
