Bankruptcy and universal credit

Hi, I don't know what to do about this...

I went bankrupt in October this year and received my NT coding in November. Because of this, my paper income has jumped by about £300 - obviously this doesn't mean I have an extra £300 to spend because all of it needs to be paid to the OR! However, it's affected my partner's UC claim, reducing it by about £300 because I now supposedly "earn" more. I've offered to upload all the documentation to my partner's UC journal, but they're saying that I need to raise a dispute about how much I get paid. What can I do?
