After 3 months I've exchanged contracts

I'm a first time buyer on the HTB equity loan scheme. Today we actually exchanged contracts and completion is estimated to be in February. It moved forward from September to May and now February. Red Row is the developer.
Mortgage offer from submission to offer took 5 days. Solicitors and HTB took the longest.
Now just to wait till completion. Nothing crazy to this post other than sharing my joy in the next big step in my life.

I am going through a similar process and although it can be stressful awaiting news, I have been pleasantly surprised how simple things are once you get some good professionals working on the case.0
