If you want to bookmark gleams and rafflecopters away from a blog with loads of pictures that ares slowing your computer down, please see posts #4 and #6 below with instructions on how to do this, with many thanks to One-Eye

[STRIKE]I often bookmark rafflecopter competitions to enter with a daily tweet.

The bloggers pages are often slow to load on my laptop because of all the pictures etc.

Sometimes I have been able to click through to the rafflecopter itself and bookmark that for daily tweets, which is much quicker to load.

Can anyone tell me how to get to the rafflecopter itself for other ones, as it has been more by luck than judgement how I have managed to do this. It is only when whilst loading, it says 'a rafflecopter giveaway' and I click on that, but it doesn't always say that, sometimes it says 'loading giveaway thrusters' instead.

I hope this makes sense and hope somebody will be able to help.[/STRIKE]

I find many blogs slow to load too, with all the videos, pictures, popups etc! I'd love to know how to reach rafflecopters and gleams direct but don't think there is a way?
:TA big thanks to all who post and sprinkling lucky dust to all who enter :smileyhea

I don't think there is with gleam, but there is with rafflecopter.

This is one I have bookmarked, but I got to it more by luck than anything else. There mmust be a way to do it and I'm sure somebody a bit techy will know.

    Rafflecopter

Using Chrome (other browsers are similar, but different enough to be awkward)

    Using https://www.lindyloves.co.uk/win-a-cadbury-chocolate-hamper as an example.

    1) Right Click on one of the entry options and choose "Inspect"

    2) Click into the upper right hand side and then Ctrl+F to open the find box and type "utm_medium" (see left arrow). You need the 10 or 11 digits that follow this (see up arrow) after the "=" up to but excluding the "&".

    3) The URL for the rafflecopter is:

    Gleam

Using Chrome (other browsers are similar, but different enough to be awkward)

    Using https://www.boorooandtiggertoo.com/win-a-festive-twirlywoos-prize-bundle/ as an example.

    1) Right Click on one of the entry options and choose "Inspect"

    414062773.jpg

    2) Click into the upper right hand side and then Ctrl+F to open the find box and type "https://gleam" (see left arrow). You may need to scroll up or down through the lines (see right arrow) until you find what you want - it is often the third one. Do this until you find the URL you want. (see up arrow).

    3) You can "Copy Element" and paste the whole line in the address bar and strip off the extra bits at the beginning and the end.

    4) The URL for the gleam is:
    https://gleam.io/yUgNn/festive-twirlywoos-prize-bundle
