Student loan terminated
Hi I have been deferring my student loan since 2000.
I have just received a letter from Erudio saying I have not deferred this year and now the contract is terminated and I have to repay in full in 7 days .
They only have one year of my 3 year loan- I don’t know what is happening with the other two years .
I sent in my deferment documentation like I do every year but they said I did not send it .
I can’t make any payments as I don’t earn enough .
What would you recommend ?

Probably a bit late replying. They did similar to me refused to accept deferment proof a couple of years back. Just resubmit proof. Submit additional in you think useful. You have the right to defer if you do not earn enough. If you submit on line, you should get a confirmation email.Paid off the last of my unsecured debts in 2016. Then saved up and bought a property. Current aim is to pay off my mortgage as early as possible. Currently over paying every month. Mortgage due to be paid off in 2036 hoping to get it paid off much earlier. Set up my own bespoke spreadsheet to manage my money.0

Do you have any proof of posting?
e: just saw this is 2 months old. I'm guessing it's been sorted one way or another by now.0
