Arrow Global - In debt

Hello,

Looking for some advice here.

I lived in Japan for the past 3.5 years recently returned to the UK to my parents house. When I got back I had letters from the bank dated: 25th January 2017, saying I owe £493.77 due to overdraft, and this is the final notice. Details state they also passed on my details to Experian, Equifax and Callcredit to chase what I owe.

I arrived back in the UK in 2018 July.
And also found a letter saying my bank account was closed In February 2017.

I’ve had no letters until a few days ago, one from Arrow Global claiming I owe the same sum, however it was addressed to my parents address where I am not a resident.

Any advice on how to handle this?
