Loan on New Build
Hi there,
I built a new house which has no liabilities against it, i.e. mortgage/loan free. I have some land where I'm looking to build another house and was wondering what my options are to release money from the current new build to build another property adjacent to it? I'm looking for the lowest interest rate and around a £200K-£250K loan. The property from which I'm looking to take a loan is worth around £400K.
Thanks for your advice in advance.

You'll need a mortgage. A broker will steer you in the right direction for your circumstances.0
