I had some issues on this one, only the name fields were visible, the email, checkboxes and enter button were hidden.
Checking the source, it seems like the frame points to this url, which I was able to use to enter successfully.

Or you can click in the last field that you can see, Surname, I guess and press the tab button on your keyboard to see the next field0

I find the easiest way is to hover over the "enter" button and right-click and open a new window/tab. This will load just the entry page, which you can fill in as normal.0
