I know a lot of DCAs write to debtors from time to time offering discounts to settle, I wonder who has received the best offer?

10% of outstanding balance. £1,2k on a £12k debt. This was from PRA - but it was an unenforceable debt. My choice to settle and get the account marked as satisfied on our credit reference agency files.DFW Nerd No. 1484 LBM 07/01/15 Debt was £95k :eek: Now debt free and happy :j0
