Car benefit not stopped by previous company

Hi all.
I left previous employment in July last year where I had a lease car through them. I handed back the car at the end of June and have just had my tax code notice through and noticed car benefit was on there It states under the heading tax free amount 'less car benefit £3607' but I don't have the car and haven't since June.

I have updated details via the gateway and wanted to know if this means I have paid too much or too little tax I can't figure it out in my head.

It might have come from your P11D, which is done based on the benefits that you received in the prior year. Would the £3607 make sense for April to June 2017? Still seems a bit high.
