Halifax Mortgage

We are in process of getting Halifax Mortgage, I keep panicking we were given dip, then paid valuation fee and valuation came back spot on. They asked for my employer reference, sent that off today, how long will it take now, we have no credit cards, finance or anything like that. I just want this to be done yesterday . Help please

    If you haven't got credit cards, finance and no CCJs/defaults I think you'll be more than fine.

    We have £20000 deposit on £115000 house. If that makes any difference I keep panicking. I suppose it!!!8217;s normal. Thankyou so much for your reply

    No problem :) me and my partner just got approved for 95% LTV on a £160,000 house. I have missed payments and used payday loans, we both have car finance and have had credit cards in the past (paid off now). I think you'll be more than fine.

    Why are you panicking until you have something to panic about.

    Just wait and be patient - you will receive your blue welcome hamper soon enough with all the picture hooks and hand wash you will need!
