As far as I am aware the balance should be reduce to zero, the account marked as satisfied and presumably closed if it isn't alreadyJust trying to make up for past mistakes and work towards the future I want :hello:0

Your post is a bit jumbled and not overly clear. Have you had a 75% discount accepted to settle the account?
If so you need confirmation in writing that the settlement offer will close your account and be marked on your credit file as partially satisfied (this is a true reflection and unlikely you will get it marked as settled) and that the balance remaining is zero.
