Mortgage on UK property from overseas

I've moved overseas and need to transfer my UK repayment residential mortgage over to buy to let from the other side of the world.
I'd be really grateful for any recommendations on brokers who can help with this - my current provider won't do the transfer because I don't have £100K in the bank.
I know there are lots of questions I'll need to work through but any guidance on places to start - or to avoid- would be much appreciated.
