Gambling with payday loans 17th Apr 18 at 5:20 PM
Hello, Iím 18 years old and lost all my money through gambling, I stupidly started taking payday loans out to try and win back what I lost but now Iím in about £1500 debt.

The worst part is I lied about having a job to get these loans because I kept telling myself Iím going to win the money back and pay them off, I think Iím addicted to be honest.

I know what I have done is immoral and illegal but I have no clue how to get myself out of this mess so looking for any tips, thanks.

Have you got any money in the gambling accounts. If so withdraw it and use to pay some of the debt off

You've made a big mistake. But your are young and can learn valuable lessons from this.
Leave the gambling alone, it's a mugs game. Come clean with the lenders, they can't kill you.

Do your parents know. I!!!8217;m guessing you still live at home. If so they will probably question letters from payday loan companies so they will find out sooner or later.

Payday loan companies cannot prosecute you, they're unlikely to report you for fraud. As long as you're making payments then you'll not end up in county court fighting a CCJ.

Why did you gameble in the first place ?

Will the same reason cause you to start gambling again ?

Any family you can talk to to help with paying the lenders off and then you pay back the family member.
Can people stop loaning money/being a guarator to family/friends, it rarely ends well and you lose out as your money is gone or you get shafted with being a guarantor.
