Buying film download from Amazon.com?

Is it possible to rent or purchase a dvd download from Amazon.com?
There are a couple of films I would like on Amazon.com that are not showing on Amazon.UK and they are not currently available to buy as physical dvds. Can't find anything on Amazon help pages.

    Go onto amazon live chat and they will answer you instantly.
