1 week from discharge home 15th Apr 18 at 7:45 PM
    Hi

I'm one week away from been discharged and wondering what will happen next with my home.

At a rough guess looking at 15k in the house and not sure at what stage the OR will deal with it as I have a family member will help out and pay so i can keep my home?

    Any help appreciated

Normal practice is to wait until 2.5 years after bankruptcy - just in case your property has risen in value.
