Conflict of interest? Company going into administration & accountant related to staff at admin. Co.

Hello
I need to know if someone can advise me re what I think is a conflict of interest.
A friend of mine his business is going into administration as a result of one of his business partners suspected of defrauding the business. We have just found out that the accountant of the company going into administration is related to a member of the staff at the Administration company that has been appointed.
Is this a conflict of interest. If so what does my friend need to do?
Thanks

Hi I think a call to business debtline would be your best bet.0

Thank you. The accountant at the firm is the brother in law of my friends business partner and is also related to a director of the administration company that my friends business partner has taken on. I feel this is a conflict of interest. My friend has approached a member of the administration company but they are stating it is not a conflict of interest. My friends partner has also bid in the administration process and his bid has been accepted which means my friend losing everything.0
